Returns & Refunds Policy

We want customers to shop with confidence, while keeping our returns process straightforward.

Please choose carefully when ordering. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection.

A repair, replacement or refund may be available where a product is faulty, not as described, materially different from a sample or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.

Our 14-day return process applies to eligible returns under this policy and does not restrict any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Unless faulty or otherwise covered by law, returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition.

Eligible return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery.

Email customers@hairnbeautyhq.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs or a short video may be requested.

Beauty, Skincare & Consumable Products

Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, beauty products and other consumables cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect selection where hygiene, safety or product integrity is affected.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Electrical Products

Electrical products may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty periods, conditions and claim processes vary between products.

Where appropriate, we may assist with a warranty claim. Return postage for assessment is generally the customer's responsibility unless Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, intentional damage or user error.

Return Postage

Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law, customers are generally responsible for return postage.

Where an eligible claim is accepted and a repaired or replacement product is sent to you, Hair N Beauty HQ will cover the applicable outgoing postage cost.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
